It's back to NATURE for Millie's! Grace, Daniel (Millie's), together with CS Ang from Ang Leong Huat Pte Ltd made a trip to to Wine & Farm in the late afternoon. The long and windy journey reminded Grace of her winery stay trips in Europe in the pre-Covid days. Usually she will spend at least 10 to 14 days a month overseas.
Wine & Farm Pte Ltd is a joint venture between wine restaurant group William Seah and Tropic Group, a landscaping leader in Singapore. There is a wine shop where guests can purchase their wines. An ideal location for wine appreciation for nature lovers, business retreats, small celebration etc. The private lounge can easily accommodate 5 to 8 pax.
We were happy to be accompanied by the CEO Vincent Chia and Asst Director (Business Development) Jessica Yap in the guided tour of the farm. No horses and cows but chickens, dogs and fishes and lots of rare herbs and greens! Beautiful landscaping and lots of space to develop new concepts like prawning etc. Also we saw experimental vertical farming concepts using hydroponics.
Really love to spend more time here especially at night when the lighting differs!
