The striking Gin Modernessia is made with a triple distillation in an old copper still. In the first, the botanicals that are usually found in classic gins such as juniper, angelica root and cardamom are used; while, in the other two distillations, the botanicals that create the personality of Modernessia come into action, that is, the chamomile flower, the bitter orange, the lemon verbena and the distilled honey. The well-known bartender Alberto Pizarro from Bobby Gin (Barcelona) has participated in its creation giving the point of view from the bar counter. The result is a fresh and fragrant distillate with hints of citrus and a long, dry finish.
