Nose Notes of burnt butter, peat smoke, apples, rhubarb, honey and some milk chocolate.
Taste Quite easy (and pleasing) and acidic, in a appley kind of way. Notes of peat, citrus.
Finish Easy and quite delicate peat. Not quite as raw and medicinal as it’s younger cousins. A lot of apples notes in the finish, with lemon and minerals. The buttery feeling comes back here with a long (milk chocolate) finish.
